How returns and exchanges work at PICK'D — our one-of-one thrift pieces, condition checks and what to do if something isn't right.

One-of-one pieces
Every PICK'D item is a single, hand-picked thrift piece. Because we can't restock the same garment, exchanges depend on what is still available in the current drop.
Damaged or not as described
Inspect your piece as soon as it arrives. If it differs from its listing or arrived damaged, message us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference and we'll make it right — replacement where possible, otherwise a refund of the item price.
Change of mind
For hygiene reasons, intimates and bralettes can't be returned once worn. Unworn pieces with tags intact may be exchanged for another available item within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are paid to the courier and are confirmed with you separately, so they aren't refundable once a piece has been dispatched.
